What type of warranty is included with my purchase?
All eligible vehicles sold by 360 Auto Group Inc are covered under the Massachusetts Used Vehicle Warranty Law, which provides protection based on the vehicle’s mileage at the time of sale.
Coverage varies depending on eligibility and vehicle condition. We also offer extended service contracts through trusted providers for additional peace of mind.

Do you offer financing?
Yes. We work with trusted lenders to offer financing solutions for good credit, first-time buyers, and credit rebuilding customers. You can also apply online for pre-approval.
Do you accept trade-ins?
Yes. To receive an estimate, please provide your VIN number, current mileage, and overall condition. We will evaluate your vehicle and offer a fair market value.
Can I reserve a vehicle?
Yes. Vehicles can be reserved for up to 48 hours with a deposit. Deposit terms will be clearly outlined in the purchase agreement.
Can I take the vehicle to my mechanic before buying?
Yes. A deposit and signed purchase agreement are required before taking the vehicle off-site. The customer assumes responsibility while the vehicle is off the dealership premises.
Do you accept credit card payments?
Yes. We accept credit card payments up to $5,000 toward the purchase. A processing fee may apply.
